Macro Commander Basic
Streamline repetitive and intricate tasks with this all-in-one automation software that caters to your macro recording, text expansion, mouse clicker and general Windows desktop automation needs. Activate macros through customizable hotkeys or text shortcuts, and effortlessly switch between native applications and web-based ones with ease.
Create and edit macros with a simple, intuitive UI featuring syntax highlighting. Organize your macros into hierarchical groups that support configuration inheritance to keep things organized. The program also enables you to record, create, and automate macros in multiple languages.
To call a macro, start by typing in what you want to do (e.g. test). To the right, put in your macro command: a macro name followed by a list of commands (separated by commas) that will perform what you typed. Press Enter after entering your macro commands to save the macro. During game play, you can easily call your saved macros from the l Collections-tab by selecting them and then pressing the Macro button on the macro quickbar or token actions to execute them.
You can refer to any attribute that has been added to a token by using the "selected-keyword" and/or the "target-keyword". If the selected token has a Character Sheet attached to it, you can even reference attributes from the character journal by targeting the linked token (e.g. @selected|character_name blocks with his shield).
Macro repeat allows you to have a macro automatically run repeatedly as long as it has not been cancelled by pressing the button on the quickbar or token actions. To stop a repeating macro, press the Macro button again or use the Macro menu in the GM screen to manually cancel a macro's repetition.
